Every frame is a decision. I make films that hold still long enough to mean something.

THE SHORT VERSION

Based in Los Angeles, I'm drawn to introspective, thought-provoking stories — work that sits with identity rather than rushing past it. Self-taught as a filmmaker, I'm now an MFA candidate at LMU, writing and producing for television.

I completed the Sundance Collab's Directing: Visual Storytelling program, was featured in the Fox Soul Screening Room, and serve as a Film Festival Ambassador — work that keeps me close to both the craft and the community around it.

CONSULTING

Guiding studios, networks, filmmakers, and writers' rooms to build authentic, culturally grounded, market-ready stories centering Black queer women.

Background

LIVED EXPERIENCE + CRAFT

A GLAAD-trained creative, award-winning filmmaker, and MFA candidate in Writing & Producing for Television at LMU. A former three-sport NCAA athlete and showrunner-in-training, I bring lived experience as a Black queer woman together with professional craft to make sure stories are both real and resonant.

Work includes national contributions to GLAAD (Communities of Color & EMEI), a co-produced project with Keke Palmer, multiple directed short films, queer-centered community events, and support for cultural initiatives including GLAAD's Black Queer Creative Summit.

Every story has a secret. This one refused to stay buried.

At Her Hands is a quiet, emotionally charged story about intimacy and control — about the ways love can both hold and undo us. It explores desire, vulnerability, and the subtle power dynamics that shape our closest relationships, for readers who crave emotional honesty and characters who don't get to hide from themselves.

"Loving her felt like standing at the edge of myself, unsure whether I was about to be held, or undone."

I wrote this book for every queer person who has ever been asked to make themselves smaller in order to be loved — to wait, to hide, or to carry the weight of someone else's silence. Choosing ourselves is not selfish. We deserve love that names us, celebrates us, and meets us fully in the light.

If this book leaves readers with anything, I hope it's this: you should never have to disappear to be chosen.
